HOW TO ORDER?

Step 1: Browse through my items or Louis Vuitton's website (UK site) at www.louisvuitton.com.

Step 2: See something you like?

Calculate total cost of item in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) by:

Example. : ^^RM = (GBP 400 + *GBP 65) x ^5.6 = 2604

^^ Customers in East Malaysia please add an additional GBP 3
*GBP 65 = cost of shipping, sales taxes & custom taxes
^5.6 = exchange rate (subject to change as and when applicable)

Non-Malaysian buyers please contact me before ordering to confirm prices.

Please note that ALL COSTS OF SHIPPING (from UK to Malaysia, and then to you) is incorporated into the prices you pay.

Step 4: Wait for my reply via email on the availability of the item and confirmation on price.

Step 5: Make payment. Deposit 60% of the total amt into:

You MUST provide me with Proof of Payment for me to acknowledge receipt of your payment.


What is proof of payment?
Online banking - copy the successful transaction record (or printscreen) and send it to me.
ATM deposit - please scan or take digital photo of the transaction receipt.

Proof of payment is extremely important as the identity of the person making payments is not revealed by the bank, therefore I will need proof of payment from you in order to avoid misunderstandings. Thank you very much for your understanding.

*If the item is in hand, you can bank in the FULL amount.

*Once you have emailed me to confirm your order - NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made. Please be considerate as I take all orders seriously and I work very hard to get the bag you have ordered as quickly as possible. So please make a decision and ensure it is FINAL.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard shipping from the UK takes *10-14 working days approximately. This rate is included in the price quoted here.

Express Shipping is available for an extra RM35-45 / GBP 7-9 on top of the price quoted and takes *5-7 working days approximately.

The definition of working days = Mon - Fri. SAT & SUN ARE NOT INCLUDED.

*Delivery time frames are approximate, and bags could arrive sooner or later depending on custom delays, public holidays and other unforseeable delays which is beyond my control, and therefore I cannot guarantee the arrival time of any item. Thank you for your understanding.


Step 6 : Once the bags have arrived, I will email you to let you know, and the remainding 30% HAS TO BE PAID before your bag will be shipped to you. Once payment has been made, I will contact you again and provide you with the PosLaju's tracking number of your item(s).
At this stage, please expect your purchase to arrive in approximately 3-5 working days.



Shipping is incorporated into the prices you pay. I myself, include shipping into some of the prices, but East M'sian customers will have to pay additional for shipping ( see Step 2 above) ever since Poslaju raised their rates.

**Insurance is also available upon request. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it is only an addtl RM2 for every RM1000. I will not be responsible for losses/damages during domestic shipping to you IF you did not take any insurance. If you do purchase insurance, I will file a claim on your behalf for the lost/damage. Please take note of this!




FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Are the bags authentic?
YES THEY ARE 300% GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC! I myself do not encourage the purchase of fakes, preferring to save up for a real handbag and treasure it for years. I therefore do not support the buying and selling of fake merchandise.

How can I tell if they are REAL?
If you are an LV lover, you can tell!
ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE THEIR RECEIPTS AND AUTHENTICITY CARDS INCLUDED. This is to prove that YOUR MONEY HAS INDEED PURCHASED AN AUTHENTIC LOUIS VUITTON ITEM.

Do you accept refunds?
Money Back Guarantee on Authenticity within 2 days. All bags are inspected with the utmost care before being shipped to ensure they are in immaculate condition. Besides issues of authenticity, please note that all sales are FINAL.

Do you accept installments?
Not at the moment, sorry.

What items do you have in hand?
ONLY the ones which I have stated so. Everything else is preordered.

Why don't you have more items in hand?
Because my customers would rather order exactly what they want.

How fast can I get my bag?
Please see SHIPPING INFORMATION above.

What will my bag come with?
Care cards and dustbag if it is a handbag. No boxes are included as it is bulky.

Do you have boxes, paper bags and ribbons?
I have LIMITED # of Louis Vuitton boxes. If you need one because you are giving a gift, you can buy one from me. The cost of the box is NOT included in the bag price. I do not have any ribbons or wrapping papers.

Why do some prices change from what I see here?
My profit margin always remains the same, so if the price of a bag fluctuates it is simply because the cost of re-ordering another one is different or the exchange rate has changed. I do not change or mark up my profit based on the demand of an item. I get my bags from the Louis Vuitton store in the United Kingdom. As you may know, Louis Vuitton bags' prices only go UP, and NEVER down as they NEVER GO ON SALE of any sorts. Based on this and the extremely favourable exchange rate between the GBP and RM, the prices of LV items gotten from here will definately be cheaper than the cost of buying one retail. Why pay retail prices when you can get exactly the same for much less!

Why don't you give discounts?
I do not give discounts because I factor in ALL COSTS which includes:-

UK Sales Tax, Shipping to Malaysia, Shipping in Malaysia, Customs Tax & Minimal Handling Fees

There leaves no room for additional discounts after all these are factored in as I don't mark up the prices of the items and then give a discount later as this saves time and keeps customers happy!
